UFO Sighting in Wapakoneta, Ohio on 2020-06-02 04:28:00 – Circle of lights

Security camera on second story window sill facing east picked up a circle of lights that approached from the ne. camera was mounted outside the window so it couldn't be a reflection. tv /cell phone towers on the right of the video can be seen flashing as normal as well as housing lights on the horizon, but these circular lights seemed to be drawn to the camera itself.
