A family of four watched two translucent orbs in the clear blue sky starting at 2000. no stars out yet as early sunset. i spotted them first as i enjoy looking at the clouds at sunset or any planes to the north coming in for a landing, about 20 miles away. the two orbs hovered for over 30 minutes above valley park and fenton of st. louis missouri. observed slight rotation. no colors or lights but not reflective either. clearly not balloons. we used our samsung s10 phone to capture video and pictures but fair at best. to the naked eye, there seemed to be a center to them. eventually they moved out of sight before the stars became visible. no stars in the two locations. meteor shower that evening after sunset produced about six shooting stars before 2230. my wife and two kids were the other observers. there are large power lines nearby and what would have been beneath them. no aircraft seen or heard in the area during the viewing.
