My son(32 years old) sighted a tiny very shiny object the size of a pin head, the time was 5:56 pm. i followed it by looking for the flash, after observing it for a few minutes i thought its flight pattern resembled a very high balloon( maybe project loon) i am an amateur astronomer and have been for 45 years. while observing the balloon which was moving from north to south.( approximately 65,000 to 80,000 feet high) another object moving from southeast to northwest, attracted my attention. This object was lower than the balloon, but still very high, maybe 60,000 feet. the object was chiclet shaped, white, moving at a fast rate and left no contrail. it was in my line of sight for 20 seconds, i then lost sight of it as it passed over my house. i walked around to the front of my house but could not locate it again, the time was 6:03 pm. i then walked back to my side yard and sat down, i quickly regained site of the balloon, which was still moving south very slowly. at 6:08 pm the balloon started moving west, i followed the balloon for another 6 minutes before loosing site of it.
