I woke suddenly having a feeling i would see a ufo - this feeling has happened numerous times before - and i did! reports have been made to mufon in il, co, az, and again in co.
looking out our br window from my bed i noticed a huge bright red light about a thumb nail in height, a thumbs height over horizon at ~100â° se.
i literally jumped out of bed and went to the window, looking through the screen and it disappeared then reappeared to the left.
light flashed off and when it came back on was at 80â° se off again and when it came on at 60â° se, then 40â° se, then out of visual site.
i had called out to my husband after a second or two "i'm seeing a ufo out the window and he was behind me in a split second, but it was just out of view.
there is a tower with flashing lights, the top less than half as high as the object, we see from the window and i'd say that light appears to be the size of a baby aspirin from our window)
there is an airport e of us in colorado springs and the flashing lights of planes at night are minuscule in size. during the day the airplanes look approximately 1/4" in size from the same distance the red light was, so that red light was huge!
i just went back to check the height and size of the light tower and saw the crescent moon - the red light was about 1/3 that size. i looked at the clock and it's 2:04 ... did it really take an hour to write this?
