I was watching the full moon and an odd cloud formation, the only clouds in sky, next to moon. the clouds first looked normal and within a few seconds formed what looked to be a perfect circle and very large. i swear it looked like a portal.
i was taking pictures of the odd cloud next to the moon and noticed an odd orb drop from bottom of cloud circle.
i thought maybe somehow my flash had done this until i looked with my naked eye and saw a bright blue orb of unknown size hovering just below the circle in cloud and then it seemed to be going back and forth in a grid search type of movement. it did this for about 5 mins and just blinked out and disappeared. it was not a jet. no sound and no blinking lights. no obvious lights on object rather the entire object was glowing blue. idk what it was but it was weird.
