I was watching out for the meteor because it had been cloudy most nights before, it was 100% clear that night with lots of stars on show, i was looking south and quite high, maybe 50 degrees and all of a sudden a star fell so fast out of the sky that i jumped out of my skin and i thought it was closer than it was, it came down so fast that it almost made a vertical line but the next part really freaked me out, it came shooting back up !!!, it came up at around 25 degrees angle and disappeared around halfway up from where it came from, it was amazing. i have never seen a shooting star move that quickly and usually falls from the sky at an angle and certainly doesn't hit earth and bounce back up !!!, immediately afterwards in the same direction a duller star was moving from east to west a lot slower, i thought that be a satellite though
any ideas ??
