Was outside on july 9th filming a thunderstorm to capture lightning strikes with my go pro. took a number of still shots along with about 10 minutes of video footage from a gopro. as i was reviewing the video footage frame by frame i noticed a large orb appear that also appears to be translucent in the sky. seconds after it appears a large object flys in from the nw and under the orb at a incredible high rate of speed to the se and then there is two bright flashes of light and the transparent orb slowly fades away. the flashes did not seem to be lighting as there was no evidence or sound of thunder after the flashes of light. the video footage i have at normal speed will show the orb appear, but the object moves way to quick for the eye to pick it up. i was able to decrease the video speed by 1/2 and you clearly see the object which appears to be disc shaped moving through at a high rate of speed.
