UFO Sighting in Eldorado, Texas on 2020-07-24 15:05:00 – Animal found with strange cut

Just received a strange picture from my father in-law this evening. one of their black buck does was found dead. he sent me this picture and had asked my thoughts on how the buck was cut. they do have predators on the property but his thoughts were that he hasn’t seen anything like this before. any thoughts? please advise, i wanted to see if this is typical or something similar to skinwalker ranch. thank you
