UFO Sighting in Rapid River, Michigan on 2020-07-23 23:32:00 – Moving light with random bright flashes 20-40s apart

I went out to look at neowise comet and first saw a blink out of the corner of my eye. i looked for an explanation for a repeating blink but nothing materialized to explain it away as a plane or helicopter. it blinked again, and i counted 21 seconds between another blink when it moved farther down or closer to horizon. the next blink was over 40 seconds later still well above the tree line. the first blink was out of thencornernof my eye, the second was nearly east or right on a straight line made from the top of the big dipper, the third flash was just above a line between the dippers left top and bottom right, the fourth was just above tree line after 40 seconds. my dad saw two of the flashes as i counted aloud. the flash blinks were white but with just that vague impression of red at the edge of symmetrical, round shape.
