UFO Sighting in Great Falls, Montana on 2016-08-10 16:00:00 – Stars in daylight following plane over military base

I drove from spokane to great falls and arrived approximatley 4pm mountain time. my sister and i saw what appeared to be stars on a bright sunny day. the lights then moved to an airplane flying very high in sky over malmstrom afb. after seeing this, i obtained binoculars and observed 4 or 5 bright lights changing colors and moving around the plane. the lights were extremely close to this large jet at 40k plus altitude. the plane was going from east towards the west and observed this for around 15 minutes until i lost sight of the plane. i did not give my sisters information for her privacy as she doesnt know im finally reporting this. these lights were not anything human made as we dont have the technology.
