I was in las vegas in 1999 - just got back to the stardust hotel casino - i zoomed out as far as my 8mm cam would go filming the glistening sunrise off the mountains - when i pulled the zoom back - this flying object was flying super fast - and i drew down on it ((i have worked with abc - cbs - nbc - espn sports so i am rather fast )) and it went from the start of the mountain range flying down the side of it going away from me. - i had started the camera there in the parking lot filming palm trees - cars - surroundings and this helps show that it was 'not' a bird flying across my screen in the parking lot - giving a false appearance of speed - you can tell it was far from me out there going down the mountain range that went at an angle close to leading away from me. - i asked myself what did i just see? - i was there for the sema car show and was packing immediately after i captured it on video to fly back to tulsa, ok. usa. - i was dead tired from the show and it was the next day after i slept when i told my wife and son to look at this. - it came into frame from the right - flying extremely fast - i drew down on it as it was flying at an angle away from me. - i thought i lost it as a palm tree got in the way, but after watching it over it appeared to take a very sharp 90â° to the east /right. - now it gets weird - ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ as i was transferring the 8mm over to vhs on a 50" magnavox big screen tv, we were able to watch it frame by frame and i have 21 frames of it - but once we could see it frame by frame, it did 'not' come straight into frame. - it actually came in at a downward angle, did a v, then came back up to the same flight level and then started rolling and tumbling as if it were playing with maneuvers ((that is why some of the questions above had multiple answers)) - it had a white aura like a heat type field on the tips. - i showed and ex navy seal and he said he had never seen anything fly like this did. - as i said i've worked with major broadcasters in the field of sports broadcasting and i studied film years ago, plus i am an inventor and i am very familiar with physics and i have never seen anything "appear" to change a directional flight path simply due to a video speed change~! - i have never had anyone look at this before and now that i am retired - the technology has advanced and i can conveniently contact you and would like for you to analyze it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ now i have saved the original 8mm // also the original vhs video // and have it on cd // ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ note: you must watch it frame-by-frame after you watch the video at normal speed to see the bizarre true flight path.
