Greetings fellow UFO enthusiasts! It’s time for another thrilling, gripping, dare I say spine-tingling episode of FOIA Friday! Ok, well, I’m a bit over dramatic. Nevertheless, this one is pretty interesting. Below we have a doc from 1997 in which it is reported that a “NASA engineer of Argentine origin” sent his mother a tape (which seems an odd way to communicate to me) telling her that a NASA experiment would “create flying saucer shapes in the Argentine sky”. The memo references a story by the Argentine media that says “the UFOs that were seen over the country last Saturday may have been the result of an experiment…by NASA…called “FIREWHEEL”.
