1.On my way back to my airbnb in kyoto japan. walking through courtyard of shrine before neighborhood entrance. 20-30 minutes before midnight.
2.As i entered courtyard two 3-4 foot tall human looking creatures had jumped the wall of shrine and were running away.. they were about 30-50 feet ahead of my path.
3. at first i though they were children but they were too small to be kids of any age. there bodies were proportional for their height.
4. creatures were about 3-4 feet tall. as white as snow, pointed like ears, arms and legs were skinny. ran with arms behind them. big black triangle eyes. ran behind a corner of wall. as i walked towards the corner the had turned one of them looked back towards me and we made eye contact. alarm of shrine was tripped, but no sound was going off. i was feeling terrified by what i saw.
5. terrorified, like i didn’t want to get to close to them. i had a shaking feeling/ sensation as i got a little closer before they ran off.
6. i lost sight of them as they turned a corner. probably jumped the wall of shrine as well.
