UFO Sighting in Paine, Pennsylvania on 2017-11-26 22:30:00 – Sphere of light hovers over andes mountains, moves up and down and change colors randomly.

There was a small ,but long, earthquake the same day around 19:00 hrs. afterwards, at around 22:30 hrs we saw a sphere of light hovering above the andes mountains near paine town (50 km south of santiago de chile). the sphere moved up and down several times and changed colors repeatedly and in a random fashion. dogs barked constantly during the event. the phenomenon was captured using a phone camera.
