UFO Sighting in Wilsonville, Oregon on 2017-02-05 21:30:00 – Hovering object with one blinking light and one light emitted from bottom intermittently.

Observed hovering, stationary lights out apartment window, one flashing light, also appeared to look as tho flash of light beam coming from bottom.Thst looked like it was what appeared to look like when water is dripping from a faucet. ( the only way i know how to describe it)
