UFO Sighting in Redondo Beach, California on 2017-01-31 00:00:00 – Strange light over the ocean near los angeles

Outside smoking noticed strange light over shoulder direction of ocean light went bright then faded away got bright again shape was looking like disc shape with hole in middle it hovered then fell then stopped and fell again to i guess the ocean kinda far away
