UFO Sighting in Solvang, California on 2017-01-29 16:30:00 – A small ball of light that appeared 20 minutes after descending then disappeared

We were driving from solvang and on our way down to santa barbra and i was focusing on a object that looked like a rocket, the object left a trail, but 20 minutes after driving on 154 i notice it change direction and shine brighter, then i look away for a minute and it disappeared from the sky.
