UFO Sighting in Rankin, Pennsylvania on 2017-01-20 18:16:00 – Two circles pulsating around each oth then stopping and twisting again while lights flashesed off then on

I was walking my dog when she started to look up and bark i looked up and felt a hummig sound and some kind of static in my body told her to carry on and be quiet but she kept on then lay down i looked up and saw two lighs incircling each other and watched them change shape and colour while my dog was still lay down she was grouwing and did a poo on the floor t had gone out of sight by that time pick it up and walked home
