UFO Sighting in Chichester, on 2017-01-05 00:00:00 – Orange light street lamp brightness appears moves hovers moves again then disappears sometime there are 2 lights

Walking dogs at night in our fields. clear night & spotted it above the tree line. it was quite bright orange in colour. couldn't see any navigation lights or anti collision light. it moved in a very strange way first hovering then moved to the left a quite a pace then stoped & then moved to the right for some distance then disappeared. i felt confused as i couldn't identify it as an aircraft. the lights appear most nights from about 6.00pm gmt & sometime there are 2 lights & they appear in approximately the same place.
