UFO Sighting in Citrus Heights, California on 2016-11-29 00:00:00 – Light red in color, semi-crescent ribbon shape no flashing lights.

I was on the patio smoking a cigar at 12:05am facing south when i noticed a faint red crescent shaped object moving from east to west. at first thought i was looking at cigar smoke but cigar smoke isn't red and i had a (3mph) wind blowing from the west. i was searching the night sky for satellites. cigar smoke semi- crescent object, it reminded of a ribbon being blown around by the wind. it was moving on a horizontal plane from east to west at about 20 degrees above the horizon. i was very surprised at first , i didn't have any idea what it was or what it could be. it moved horizontal to the west until out of sight.
