UFO Sighting in Carrollton, Ohio on 2016-11-18 18:25:00 – Bright green center radiant out side spokes yellow white bright shifted shape oval

I was inside with my dogs watching tv. the dog started barking like some one was here. i went out 2 check and all the dogs in the area were barking, i went around the end of the house and heard coyotes. that was odd then to the sw i saw a bright light.The size of venus but brighter. i watched for awhile and saw a couple air liners go by 1 under the light. it had not moved and looked far away and at high alt. i went in and got binos , came back out and it was still there. focusing init had several bright green center lights and radiant ovals around it; sun like. so after focus and refocus i came in for my other binos thinking there is something on lense or im seeing things. back out its still there and focus the same. while watching this time it shifted in shape to elongated to oval and back. so what was this, and did any one else see it?
