I was standing on my front porch facing south looking at the stars. I do this almost every night just for the view.then all of the sudden from East to West I saw what I first thought was a plane or shooting star. It wasn't it couldn't have been there were no strobing lights on it which all aircraft have if I'm not mistaken. That and the speed of a commercial airliner moves 6 to 800 mph and it takes a minute or so to go in and out of sight across the horizon. This object went from one side of the sky to the other in seconds. It had to be moving over 2000mph. I know it sounds crazy but I saw what I saw. It didn't dip or lose altitude or leave a trail like a shooting star or commit. This was just weird come to think of it about 2 or 3 weeks ago I did see what I thought may be a asteroid impact facing south. I was in my front porch star gazing then as well it had the largest trail I had seen. It looked as if it may have hit within a mile or so but never heard anything from anyone in the area.
