UFO Sighting in Carthage, Missouri on March 31st 2016 – Two encounters with unexplained lights, one with my daughter in 2006, and again April 2016

Being a trained military observer i have had now 2 encounters with lights that are performing impossible flight characteristics of known civilian and military (to include top secret military) aircraft i know of. The first of which my daughter and i witnessed in February of 2006 at about 2200 hrs. A light passing over head at an altitude of 80,000 ft or higher, the light moving at extremely high speed stopped without slowing down, stayed stationary for about 10 seconds, then took off at the same rate of speed from the exact direction it came. Both my daughter and i were in shock. The 2nd encounter happened last month April 2016. I saw a light appear out of no where in the night sky about 2200 hrs, the distance from the light was extreme, the altitude was unknown, the light pulsated white to blue to red, traveled horizontally across the sky at extreme speed, changing direction 180 degrees back and forth for about 2-3 minutes then stopped and shot directly upwards out of sight at even a greater speed.
