UFO Sighting in Lewisburg, Ohio on April 1st 2016 – Watching ISS saw bluish object flying at twice the speed come behind the ISS and then went behind the clouds

We were in our backyard watching the ISS fly overhead. The object came up behind the ISS going twice the speed. When we first noticed it we thought it was a UFO. The object was flying very fast in a SW to NE direction and seemed to come up directly behind the ISS purposefully.Our reactions were that we weren't sure what we were seeing and shocked that we were seeing it. We lost sight of the object when it went behind the clouds.
