UFO Sighting in North Carolina on October 14th 2014 – woke up at about 5:00. got ready to go somewhere. saw lights in sky. went to get camera. came back. ufo gone but trail in sky.

I had gotten up at about three to get ready to go somewhere early. I had sat down on the couch when some lights in the sky out of the corner of my eye. there were seven of them and they were arranged in a trapezoidal shape with the left side slightly steeper. i turned all the way around. these lights were like orbs in the sky. they were grey, red, blue, and white. At first it seemed like they were solitary lights flashing randomly, but when I looked closer i could see an inner shape of the darkest black I have ever seen. I ran to get my camera. when I came back the ufo was gone, but there was a smoky vapor trail from where it had been to over the horizon. I was very startled by this entire thing. I believed in extraterrestrials before this, but i did not believe that they had the technology to come to earth. while I could still see it it sort of jumped around a little, but not much(it seemed like maybe a foot).
