UFO Sighting in Garden Grove, California on November 7th 2015 – Strange white light & red blacking light stopped over my house emitted a blue fog..

Standing in the driveway I looked up & saw a bright white light with blanking red light. At first I thought it was a helicopter, it was traveling north then turned west & stopped (hovered). The white light got real bright; the object blew out like a light blue gas that glowed, absolutely no sound. At this point I knew it was not an airplane or a helicopter. The object then disappeared leaving glowing blue cloud that stayed in the sky for about 15 minutes. I called a friend of mine to tell him about what I just saw; he said they saw the same object in Downey, CA that���s about 15 miles from here. With my call phone I took 2 pictures & 3 videos but the videos did not come out that good not enough light...
