UFO Sighting in Fairfield, California on November 7th 2015 – I saw a blue beam coming from a elongated cone that let out some kind of vapor.

I was parking my van in the driveway. I dropped my daughter's friend off at home when my daughter and I saw a light trailing behind it was a blue beam and it released a puff of smoke or vapor the shape of the bottom of an hour glass with the blue streak going through the middle of it. We watched it until it appeared to go into outer space then it looked like a star for a minute then it was gone. I don't know what it was but I was wondering if anyone else saw it.
