UFO Sighting in Groton, Connecticut on October 24th 2015 – Two orange oblong lights hovering above the reservoir

While heading North bound on Route 117 (North Rd.), I observed two orange oblong lights hovering right at tree level above the Pohegnut Reservoir. I initially assumed that it was a very low flying plane until I came to a stop at a traffic light and saw them ascend very slowly at different speeds. I then thought they were helicopters so I rolled down my window and heard no noise. The traffic signal turned green so I moved my vehicle through the intersection and pulled off to the side of the road hoping to get a video. By the time I had my phone available and prepared to record, the objects were gone.
