This very short memo reports of a UFO landing in August of 1991 in a mountain pass near Yerevan in the USSR. Witnesses watched the landed UFO while its lights blinked and it appeared to change shape. No one dared approach it. Yerevan is now part of the Republic of Armenia, post USSR.
