UFO Sighting in Mebane, North Carolina on October 21st 2015 – Was driving and spotted odd “aircraft” then it vanished.

I was taking a short trip from my house to a local store to grab a bite to eat. I was heading west and spotted a silver very shiny object at an unknown but very high altitude. I've seen plenty of airplanes and at first thought that was all it was, till it changed direction then vanished. What drew my attention to the sky was very odd cloud patterns. I know I shouldn't be looking at the sky while driving but I took some quick glances. The road I was on was straight. From the time I seen it till the time I stopped the car couldn't have been more than a minute. After seeing it vanish I pulled over and tried to find it again in the sky to no avail. There were no planes in the area that I could see. There were some high clouds but they were small and thin (and odd looking). I waited and waited but didn't see anything come out from behind any clouds so I presume whatever it was vanished. This is not the first time I've seen a UFO and probably wont be the last. Due to the height, all I saw was a very bright silvery dot. It would have been seen as an airplane catching the sun just right had it not changed direction and vanished. If I had to estimate, it was roughly over Greensboro, NC or somewhere thereabouts. I'm not certain what it was but I'm certain it wasn't your normal airplane.
