UFO Sighting in Dixon, California on October 10th 2015 – Driving south from a wedding in Winters, CA

My wife and I were driving south from Winters, CA all of a sudden at about a 40 degree angel sitting in out vehicle we see this green orb fall from the sky. It flashed multiple times as it seemed to be falling. It was a pretty bright green light, it was traveling fast in speed it started at a South by South east direction and moved more South it went a few seconds and then turned off right back on and did that two other times. and then it seemed to either hit the ground or just disappeared.
