When I noticed the orb it was decending from about tree top height down to about 10 feet as it moved south. Once the object got to 10 feet it turned on a spotlight scanning the ground it moved east across the property. It did not seem to notice me until it got to me. I grabbed a shotgun to shoot it out of the air as it noticed me. It shined its light on me and in a flash it was gone. It came within about 15 to 20 feet of me. It made no sound and appeared to be made of pure light. I could not make out any structure. I have no proof it happened other than my word. The property is on the corner of Hoelsher Lane "to the east" and Virgin Road " to the north". Please do not list my name.
