UFO Sighting in California on September 28th 2015 – very Large V shape cloud formation with face at bottom

My roommate was watching the blood moon and eclipse , he came quickly to tell me run outdoors to see "this weird cloud" What I saw was this huge V shape cloud it looked low to me, and it was lite up inside, well a dim glow, however it lite up the cloud hard to write down what I saw.. I saw the face at the bottom and I ran inside he took the picture on cell phone. I do not live in Los Angles I live in Hacienda hts. He was fixed on looking at it, however I was moved to run inside, and I can still see it as if I just saw it, if you know what I mean. You can use this picture I send in however I do not want my name or the person who took the picture known. Thanks
