UFO Sighting in Mount Morris, Illinois on October 7th 2015 – Very bright starlike brightness no noticeable strobes or aircraft identifiers

I generally look up in the sky these days and on the 7th at 7Pm I noticed a starlike object going directly overhead from my location. It was traveling about aircraft speed but had no identifying strobe lights or any noise associated with it. We had very high cirrus clouds and the object was below those clouds when passing them. No direction change was detected and no other changes in brightness or color. I ruled out a aircraft because the sun could not have illuminated the object so constant from the angles I viewed it. It was like watching a bright star navigate across the sky.
