UFO Sighting in Des Moines, Iowa on September 27th 2015 – Bright glowing orange spheres high rate of speed
While viewing the super moon eclipse est time 21:35 CDT, I noticed two spheres(slightly smaller than a basketball in appearance) traveling from SE to NE at an extreme rate of speed. They appeared to fade or collapse before they disappeared from sight. Approximately 45 seconds later I saw a second sphere slightly larger than a basketball in appearance on the same trajectory and about the same speed with the same characteristics. The light was extremely bright and orange The incident was also witnessed by may neighbor and his 9 year old son (who brought the first objects to my attention). I am on a landing approach to the Des Moines International Airport and I can approximate the speed of landing aircraft. The speed of these objects I would estimate as 7-10 times faster than a landing aircraft. They glowed steady without sound or strobes like you would find on a conventional aircraft. Size and distance was hard to determine since the sky was clear and they were higher than surrounding structures.
The objects were very similar to objects my wife and I saw over the Atlantic Ocean at Myrtle Beach SC in 2008.
