UFO Sighting in Baltimore, Maryland on September 24th 2015 – Just observed while driving south on I-95 heading to the tunnels of Baltimore

I was driving south on I-95 just before the Baltimore Tunnels. About 20 minutes before the tunnels I observed a craft flying but stationary off to my left. The craft had no wings but looked a little like a blimp. I thought it very high for a blimp like the Goodyear ones. The craft remained totally stationary not moving up or down. I saw no wings or any other flight control devices. I am a Navy veteran who was involved in Naval aviation. I later obtained my private pilot license. I know a bit about aviation. I was not sure if this craft was something the Military testing grounds launched. The object was totally stationer and did not move or bob like a blimp would at that altitude. I just felt strange there were no military aircraft looking to see this object. if you can tell me it is a device being tested by the military I'll be satisfied. If not, you need to look into this. Was weapons testing a new product or what. I thought the object may be tethered but I saw no cable of any kind from my position. The whole thing seemed so strange to me at the time. The sun was up but there was no reflection off the craft to indicate sunlight. It's color appeared white. I could not stop the car to take a picture. I just would like an answer. The object appeared to me to be about 1,000 to 2,000 agl. I hope someone will give you an answer. Just the strangest thing I'd ever seen. Feel free to contact me at 609-647-7755
