I was in my backyard in Toledo, Ohio, at approximately 1:00 p.m., EST, watching my dog chase squirrels. She was looking up at a squirrel on a telephone pole and I looked up at the sky. I saw a white orb at what appeared to be a very far-off distance that seemed slightly reflective or metallic. It was so far away, I thought it perhaps was a very large bird for a moment. It was making a smooth, circular path at first. Within a second or so of me observing it, it changed directions very suddenly and was making sharp turns, no longer smooth motions. This caught my attention and I don't think I blinked for the next minute. The shape never changed or morphed, remaining a solid circle or sphere. As I watched this, there were suddenly at least over a dozen white orbs. They appeared out of nowhere and were just there. There were too many to count in the very short time they were there. As soon as I tried to count them, there were only three white orbs. The three seemed to be flying in an easterly direction and then disappeared very quickly. The whole sighting was probably less than a minute. The weather was warm and very sunny, clear sky with only a few clouds. They disappeared so quickly, I had no time to react to the sighting to run inside and grab a camera or anything. My eyes were burning from not blinking and I really don't know what I saw.
