UFO Sighting in Los Angeles, California on September 15th 2015 – Something shot out of the mountain into the sky, left side of video.Circulating light later

I was sitting on the balcony of my hotel room. 5th floor faces north towards the Angeles mountain range. I saw a reflection in the clouds which circulated like a spotlight but no light trail. Along with that was a blinking light in the trees which randomly blinked, but at times was in synch with the circulating light. There are multiple airports in the area, I wasn't really sure what I was looking at. When I replayed the first recording, I noticed something, which at first I thought was a dust or a bug, shoot from the ground into the sky and vanish. I had to replay in slow motion several times. So much going on in this video that i can't figure out. Either I witnessed several UFOs or nothing at all. Hoping someone can help me determine this.
