UFO Sighting in Brooklyn, New York on September 15th 2015 – Sitting in car looking out window observed cigar shape with triangle at the top and orb lights.

I have video but will send later. My uncle was sitting outside of my house parked in his car at about 6am on either September 15th or 16th 2015. He saw a cigar shaped orb with a triangle at the top. He didn't understand what he was looking at, but by the time he decided to record it, which he did, the object got smaller and smaller or it moved further away. He stopped recording because his own eyes had a better perception of what he saw as popes to the pictures I'm going to send and the video in my possession. He contemplated if it were a star or the moon but the moon never looks that small and it was to bright to be a star.
