UFO Sighting in Paso Robles, California on July 31st 1989 – UFO was waiting for Vandenberg launch and left in sync with rocket launch

1989 sighting location was in the Dresser Ranch Tract 13 mi.E of Paso Robles Ca, it hovered in our pasture momentarily until Rocket was launched. My Japanese wife and Dog were in a dazed for several days after their encounter. I called Vandenburg duty officer informing them of my suspicion, they said it was their Launching of Rocket, I argued the distance was to far from our ranch to the Rocket site.& their next launch looked like a matchstick, this burning orange object was the size of a Helo. He recommended calling Lemoore Naval Air base because they were doing experimental flights, so once again I called A few days later Insurance man shows ups claiming one of us called for an estimate, My wife tells him about the encounter but neither of us called? Shortly afterwards we were awaken by bright search light lighting up the bedroom & our curtains were closed too there was no sound just a light rain I saw nothing and found no tire tracks at all that AM on dirt circle driveway Also a another Rancher nearby was having so many upsetting encounters she call CNN news and had a video to prove her story of harassment by UFO's to family & horses and called Lemmore naval air base to complain many times. Its my opinion they were observing the launches and disguised their presences by taking off exactly the same time as vandenburg launches its rockets.
