UFO Sighting in Kansas City, Missouri on August 10th 2015 – bright light comes to a slow stop at about 45,000 feet or higher, then elevates, moves to left slowly then to right, then stationary until later

On August 10th my father and I were sitting on his back porch looking at the stars and talking, when I looked directly above, a 90 degree angle, and saw a bright light about eraser come to a slow and then stop, I said to my father, look at that, he then looked and saw what I saw. The object moved left slowly, then right slowly. It was higher than what a plane or jet would be. It was pulsating and then it elevated, blending in with the stars. My father's neck began to hurt and he became bored of the situation. I stayed out watching it. I then watched it move from what was directly above my house to the south west side of my home. It moved very slowly. While I was looking at it, I heard, It is going to change its brightness, or pulse. I heard this as if it was directed to me. This entire incident was over about a 2 hour period.
