UFO Sighting in New Baltimore, Michigan on June 8th 1978 – playing outside, UFO approached, hovered, low humming, symbols on bottom, two jet planes observing, blue beam looking for something,

Friend and I outside playing. I was about ten yrs old.The object just shot down instantly and hovered above tree top at sidewalk. My friend was screaming he wanted to go home.I was calm and could see shadow people through white windows that went all around UFO. I observed it had symbols on the bottom of the UFO that now I call hieroglyphics and UFO was metal but not shiny. I noticed two jet planes flying way above and back in forth like they watching also. Then a blue beam came out of bottom and scanned the neighborhood like it looking for something.I noticed neighbor lady standing outside, which odd for her. Then it took off super fast and away toward right from jets. My friend made me walk him home. The next day I heard my mom say the police or army,not sure who she meant called it mass hysteria. I thought, but the old lady who never came outside across the road saw it too. I don't think it was my first encounter either. I knew that from then on we not alone like church people say.I don't know why me but it felt like it was there cause of me and I wasn't scared. I just looked at them and they looked at me. None believes me but I tell everyone cause I know truth. I think they picked me for some reason. I know people think I watched it on TV or imagined it in a dream but it happened. It was summer and 1977 or 1978. I have tried to connect yrs and month s of other sightings but the year not exact nor the month cause I was so young. But I had been to air shows and knew what jets, planes,helicopter's look like. My dad was national guard then too. Thanks for listening.
