UFO Sighting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 15th 2013 – I was over the Schuylkill River or that gas plant in south philadelphia.
It was hovering over the river or the gas company it stayed there for about 10 to 15 min. Then 3 more came from the north. The three that came took turns to go into the cloud then the 4 one went into the cloud in the same spot.
