UFO Sighting in Fort McCoy, Florida on August 31st 1972 – A pin point in the night sky came down to tree top level, the light was white and the trees cast no shadows then zipped straight up and disappeared

My cousins and I were out spotting deer at night 5 miles from the family hunting camp in Fort MacCoy Fl. The jeep we were in ran out of gas so my oldest cousin ,Pete shined the spot light in the sky to see how high the beam would travel. When noticed a star the beam was pointed at moved,so Pete moved the light to its new location which seemed like inches. Then in an instant the entire area around us was lit with the purest white light that I ever saw or have seen since. It was an area about the size of a football field . As bright as the light was you could see a brighter orb or disc shape at tree top level approx. 120-150 feet high. I'm not sure how long it was there but in an instant it shot upwards and disappeared. There were 4of us and we've not spoke of it since
