UFO Sighting in California on June 1st 2015 – Found 4 mile in diameter structure/disc at the bottom of the ocean

I found what appears to be Atlantis. It meets every specification Plato stated, the three concentric rings, the mound in the center, canals going from the outer to the inner. It is a perfect circle. Every detail is visible. I imagine, they want to keep the exterior clean and maintained, as we would with a building to keep it from deteriorating. So, basically what I'm saying, is it structure appears to be in perfect condition and in use, not a ruin! It is 4 miles in diameter, 1879 feet high (0.3558712 miles) at the highest point. It's perfectly symmetrical, and sits at a tilt. There is what appears to to be a perfectly rectangle building attached to the side and measures 1.5 miles x .75 miles, The depth of the Ocean floor at the point where it sits is 15,500 ft. (Approximately 3 miles) below sea level. The Attached PDF will blow your mind. They are high definition images, I took directly off of Google Earth. The first image is untouched, and on the rest of the images, the only thing I did, was add markings to point out the features. If it isn't Atlantis, my inclination is that it is a huge USO or a permanent under ocean city. A city 4 miles in diameter would be twice the size of the town of Carmel in California.
