UFO Sighting in Front Royal, Virginia on May 30th 2015 – Husband took picture of sunset and found a object in the picture

My husband and I were leaving a family members wedding reception. It was around 8 in the evening . The sky was clear , it was slightly humid out as we had rain earlier in the day. Toward the west the sky was streaked with the last rays of the setting sun. My husband loves taking pictures of sunsets and proceeded to take a picture of the western sky.we then proceeded home. Later on that evening my husband started reviewing the pictures of the wedding and of course the sunset picture. When he saw the picture he noticed a dark spec on the left of the picture. Thinking that it was lent or dirt on the lens he tried to wipe it off . When it didn,t he realized that it was in the picture and zoom it out to see. To his surprise the picture shows a elongated sliver to dark object with a whats like a slightly darker dome on top and a dark shadow on the underside. The object looks like it has some kind of white to sliver band around the middle of it. We don,t know where the object came from or where it went as we were not looking for anything in the picture when it was taken . What I can say for sure is that it's not a plane and it didn,t have any kind of trail coming from it. We have never seen anything like this before as both my husband and I both believe that there is life on other planets . It was very strange indeed.
