  8. I saw this in Tunisia where I was working on a cruise ship. it was drifting threw the air. we were in motion at the time and I lost count of how much there was. Having seen it I would say it’s spun by spiders who use it to catch thermals

  18. I highly doubt it, it’s regular hair, it glowing is because it was probably in the sea and washed up and some animal carried it somewhere, the sea is FULL of chemicals and weird radeoctive stuff.
