  9. It is a garbage bag or a disposable plastic safety suit that people are filling with bouyant waste gases . My cousin was doing this crap years ago at a plant that he worked at . True story ! Go to walmart and get a helium tank and a cheap plastic painters suit and try it . He’d tape up all of the holes of the suit and let the suit float off !! How’s that for an answer ! Bua haaahahhaahahaa!! Stupid ass mexicans
