Another witness came foward regarding a spinning UFO on MAY 22, 2009. This was near MEXICO CITY and both videos where taken within miles away! One video is facing the sun and the other is behind the UFO.
Are you serious? Look at the way they dance at 5:11 – there’s clearly no connection between them. Besides which, how does a single object produce scores of other ‘helium balloons’ from itself? Arcing is also seen in similar ufo sightings as it is a fundamental technology to their avionics, if you do some serious research. Your ridiculous and narrow-minded explanation is is far more implausible than them being actual intelligently controlled craft, whoever owns them.
Are you people serious? It’s some sort of helium balloon which is attached to strings…it’s so obvious. The shinny “ufo” or “orbs” are most likely aluminum foil or small balloons. At 6:40 on…the distance between the multiple orb type objects is too perfect…and you can also see how they are all connected to some sort of string to the main object….the arcing is the dead give away.

The day we do observe a video of aliens and their space ships, there will be no doubt at all about their origin and motivations. This day has not come yet.

Unfortunately nothing in those videos remotely indicates an alien intervention: first they do really look like some computer animation, second if those where aliens ships what would be the point of this particular activity in plane day (none), third a smart earthling would have no trouble constructing a device replicating exactly the observed phenomenon
Conclusion:the simple answer of what it is NOT is that it is not alien..
