This was a bizarre cloud like light show, at first i thought it must have been from a searchlight type or thing car dealerships use at promotions. a cloud went by, and these lights were circling and changing direction within the cloud. i watched it for 10 minutes as the cloud went south along dairy rd where i live . saw a car pull over, not syre if it was related,, as the cloud reached down toward palm bay rd, two miles away, it all kind of dissipated.
